I highly recommend this place! The staff are very welcoming, attentive, and informative! It was my boyfriend and I’s first time trying on rings, going in basically with no prior knowledge and the staff was very helpful! Tom assisted us by giving us options based on our likes and dislikes, and talked us through diamond carat, cut, and clarity. He was very kind! Will be looking more into this place when closer to when proposal comes!

Arthur’s Jewelers is truly a gem in every way! The entire team is welcoming, kind, and incredibly patient, creating an atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. Their knowledge and expertise shine through in every interaction, making the whole experience not only enjoyable but also trustworthy. The owners are wonderful and genuinely care about their customers, which makes a world of difference. On top of that, their selection of jewelry is absolutely beautiful, with something special for everyone. Kim was phenomenal!!! So kind, personable, patient and welcoming!! We loved how knowledgeable she is, answered questions right away, listened throughly with giving us vast options when coming to our decision for wedding rings! We appreciate all your hard work Kim!!!

1000 stars!! Everything about our experience in purchasing a ring was top-notch. Carver was friendly, educated and patient. After stopping at some other chain jewelry stores- this place was a breath of fresh air. If you're thinking of buying any jewelry, this is where you need to go. I’ll definitely be back.

The gentleman that helped us was very polite while we looked for the right rose. We have purchased over 20 roses and every time we have gone we have had a wonderful experience I have a collection of 16 gold dipped roses and 3 platinum. We had also purchased 2 roses for our wedding to give to our mom’s and have plenty of friends do the same thing! We sure do enjoy coming every year to pick out a new rose!

My experience with Arthur’s Jewelers spans more than two decades, and Tyler has unintentionally become “our” jeweler throughout that time. He helped my husband and me pick my engagement diamond 20 years ago. As the years went on, we returned for several other pieces and each time, by pure coincidence, it was Tyler who ended up assisting us. Our last purchase with him was about 15 years back. Today I went in simply to have the prongs checked on my wedding ring. Tyler was the very first person to acknowledge and ask if I’d been helped. With nine (9) minutes to the store closing for the day he graciously without pause said absolutely he could assess my ring - then also asked if I’d like my wedding bands cleaned, not knowing or ever asking for our account information to find out that every single piece of jewelry I wear has been purchased from Arthur’s over the years. It was such a genuine, gracious interaction, one that when you spend thousands of dollars with a vendor - doesn’t matter - they treat every customer as top tier 5 star - this is as rare as the earth gems they sell. Moments like today are what make customers stay loyal. Tyler has truly earned our trust and our business for generations.

The sales rep was very nice and informative, she also took her time and explained the quality of diamonds chart they had in store. Also she took my information and followed up with pieces they have she think I would have liked. I purchased a 24k rose gold rose fo a fare price. Great experience. Definitely 5 star these guys.

I brought in a couple of pieces of jewelry for repair. Kimberly, who worked with me, was very friendly and professional. The work done exceeded my expectations. The store is beautiful and the sales associates are welcoming. They have a large selection of fine jewelry. The parking is convenient and free.

Shout out to Andy P!!!!! I never write reviews but this one was absolutely needed. My fiancé and I have been shopping for wedding bands for a while and decided to pop into Arthur's Jewelers while we were in town and I am so happy we did. Andy was not only professional but SO educated about all things men's wedding bands. We felt so taken care of and he did not try to push a sale on us which was very much appreciated. Now 3 months later he was still top of mind and we knew we had to work with him and commit to a wedding band...and we DID! Andy made it so easy to customize the band and we couldn't be more excited. THANK YOU ANDY!!!!

Incredibly impressed by our experience with Carver at Arthur’s. He helped my fiancé pick out the perfect engagement ring & was an amazing help when we were ready to pick wedding bands months later.
